Fancy jewelry stores can be very intimidating, but she will truly make you feel at home and like family. I had to sell my engagement ring. It's pretty tough to have to do that and they were so wonderful, especially Vinnie. Vinnie Mariotti was so helpful to me he made the whole process really smooth from talking to me on the phone to my time in the store to getting back to me afterward. I really recommend Kleinhenz and I recommend him as sales consultant. Thank you guys so much!!

I stopped in Christmas Eve hoping to leave my daughters chain to be fixed. Vinny was very accommodating and professional and fixed it on the spot. While I waited I was treated like family. Such a warm and welcoming store. Merry Christmas!

Shane and Vinnie at Kleinhenz were more than helpful with the whole engagement ring buying process. I went in with an idea of what I wanted for my fiancée, and they presented plenty of options. I ended finding the perfect ring and my fiancée loved it. I can’t thank Kleinhenz and their staff enough for helping me select the perfect ring and making my engagement unforgettable.

First time visit here today. Shane,Fran and another lady were so very helpful and nice with getting me a new battery for my Tag. Ended up buying something as I looked around and waited for them change the battery on the spot, instead of sending it out. Shane gave me a great price on the purchased item and watch battery. Easy sales transaction and even gift wrapped it for me. Definitely will be back for more. The display room was nicely set up, very hands on with alot of items and prices visible, unlike some stores were you need a sales person breathing down your neck, pushing you to buy or give you a price because they don't mark them. Very welcoming jewelry store. Thanks for all your help and knowledge

I injured my ring finger causing it to swell. I hoped that would go down over time, but unfortunately it didn't. The result was to seek out a jeweler to cut off my wedding ring. I went to Klienhenz and they couldn't have been nicer with my situation. Everyone I interacted with was professional and described the processes involved. I was worried how the ring would turn out when I picked it up, but to be honest it looked just like the day I purchased it, and the repair price was great even though it had to be sized up due to my injury. I would recommend Klienhenz wholeheartedly. They are not pushy to sell you anything and why not window shop? They have a lot to offer & their customer service is top notch! Thanks.

Kleinhenz Jewelers was absolutely amazing for me when purchasing an engagement ring and wedding band. I went to a few other places and was either pressured or made to feel clueless in the process. Kleinhenz was the only place that explained the grading of diamonds and actually took the time to show me the diamonds I could purchase. Becky was incredibly helpful in the entire process and I feel so lucky to have had the chance to work with her. Overall excellent experience and I would highly recommend kleinhenz to anyone. Very professional. I had to have a wedding band and bridal set resized. They checked the prongs on my bridal set. Made sure to check new sizes. Yes, there was a slight difference in the band size and the bridal set. I was called 2 days prior to date promised on the copies of my leaving rings there. Went on a Saturday to pick them up. Hours worked out better for us. Tried rings on..they fir! They had been buffed and shined so much that I could hardly read the inscription in the band! It was all there. The gentleman helping us read it off to me. They were probably that shiny 30 years ago, but I don't recall them looking this shiny!!! I kept looking at them all day.The jewelry store came highly recommended by good friends. After my experience, I would highly recommend going there as well.
